Rules, Regulations & Bylaws of the Institute

  1. Attendance & Punctuality
    • Every student is required to attend all lectures, practical sessions, and activities as per the schedule.
    • Latecomers may not be permitted to enter the classroom or practical lab once the session has started.
  2. Leave & Permission
    • Students are not allowed to leave the station or remain absent from the institute without prior permission from the Principal/Director.
  3. Care of Institute Property
    • Any student who damages or breaks institute property, whether intentionally or accidentally, must bear the cost of repair or replacement.
    • In cases of intentional damage, strict disciplinary action will be taken as deemed appropriate by the Principal/Director.
  4. Discipline & Conduct
    • Students are expected to maintain discipline, follow instructions, and ensure a quiet, respectful environment within the premises at all times.
  5. Prohibition of Smoking & Alcohol
    • Smoking, drinking alcohol, or possessing intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited in the institute premises.
  6. Decision of the Management
    • The decision of the Principal/Director in disciplinary and administrative matters shall be final and binding on all students.
  7. Use of Mobile Phones
    • Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in classrooms and practical areas.
    • Any violation may result in confiscation of the device and further disciplinary action.
  8. Responsibility for Personal Belongings
    • Students are advised not to keep jewelry, valuable items, or large sums of money in their rooms or on campus.
    • The institute is not responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings.
  9. Institute Holidays & Working Days
    • The institute observes all gazetted holidays as declared by the Central Government.
    • Classes are conducted six days a week, with the designated weekly holiday.
  10. Disciplinary Action for Immoral Conduct
    • Any student found indulging in immoral or inappropriate conduct, whether inside or outside the campus, will be subject to strict disciplinary proceedings.
  11. Employment & Job Opportunities
    • All courses offered by the institute are vocational and job-oriented, with certification valid for employment.
    • However, the institute does not guarantee job placement, as the final selection depends entirely on the recruiting organization or authority.
  12. Prohibition of Strikes & Unions
    • Students are strictly prohibited from participating in strikes, protests, or forming/being part of unions within the institute.
    • Any violation may result in immediate rustication, with the final decision resting with the management.
