General Instructions for Students
- Compliance with Institute Rules
All trainees must strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of MM Private ITI. By enrolling, both trainees and their parents/guardians are considered to have accepted these rules. - Attendance and Punctuality
Regular and punctual attendance is mandatory. Leave of absence must be formally approved by the concerned authority. Trainees arriving late or showing irregular attendance may be subject to fines or disciplinary action. - Cleanliness and Discipline
Students are expected to maintain cleanliness and discipline in classrooms, laboratories, workshops, and the entire campus. Any trainee found damaging institute property will face strict disciplinary action. - Responsibility for Institute Property
The entire class will be held responsible for any damage to institute property if the individual responsible is not identified. Collective penalties may be imposed in such cases. - Formation of Associations
No student association, club, or group may be formed without prior written approval from the Principal. - Ownership of Project Work
Materials, equipment, and resources provided by the institute for assignments and project work remain the property of MM Private ITI. Students may not claim ownership of these items. The institute reserves the right to retain, utilize, or dispose of such projects as deemed appropriate. - Disciplinary Authority of the Principal
The Principal reserves the right to remove or expel any trainee whose conduct is considered unsatisfactory or who participates in any form of indiscipline, whether inside or outside the institute premises.
Important Note:
- Change of Category: No requests for change of category or course will be entertained after admission, under any circumstances.
- Fee Refund Policy: Tuition fees, once paid, are non-refundable and will not be waived under any condition.
